Can I use my current router?

Your current router can be used however, most providers lock the routers. After signing up, we will send you a username and password that can help you connect and control your router.

Should I tell my current supplier I am leaving?

Most customers like to do it on their own. However, you do not have to inform them. We will handle this for you and inform your supplier as well. Most virgin customers must switch and then inform their suppliers that they have already switched, which is a much better and easier option.

Can I alter the speed of my internet?

Speed usually depends on the location of your house and the internal wiring. Apart from this, your supplier, and the package you choose also impact the speed of your internet. It is better to choose your broadband package according to these details, so you do not have to contact the supplier or ask for help again.
